Thanks for the ability to get things to my quickly. If you were not so organized, we would not have closed the loan in the time that was allotted. Subject: A belated Thank you
Dorothea - I've really been meaning to get this off to you for weeks, but time just seems to keep getting away from me. Thank you for getting our Red Lodge property sold in the time frame you did - I really was impressed that you got the job done when others couldn't.
As always, I know the few days before closing presented some challenges, but I was glad Walter was in town to get things resolved. With me on the road that week and hard to reach, it could have stopped the sale.
Anyway, thank you again for all your work on our behalf.

I have been reading your web site for a few years. I recently looked around just for fun at the inspirational section; you can make Bricks from the ashes. WOW!! I cried so hard. I really needed that song. Thank you for creating a web site that is so full of great information. We really want to buy land over there and build a home. If I hadn't said this already I just wanted to say what a great experience I had with you while searching for my Montana cabin. On and off-line! Even though we only spent a day together looking for homes, I knew from your website that you were a very special person.
Finding you as I did, just surfing the internet and looking at property on-line, I came across your website.
Well, that's when I knew that you were the exact right person to help me find the place that I'd been dreaming about since 1973. Other websites are boring and uninteresting and without style.
I could tell that you were full of pizzazz and I admire that.
You are a cut above, the real deal and I wish all great and wonderful things for you, Dorothea.
You deserve it!
By the way, I LOVE my cabin, as does my son. He can't wait to get back. I'll be back in November or early December. Keep in touch!

I am sorry to hear you are moving! You are such an asset to the Red Lodge area! I am always impressed by all the knowledge you have about the area, no one would guess you are not a native! Why are you moving? I am glad you will still keep your Red Lodge office. We are loving our house on the Stillwater River near Absarokee. Good luck in your transition!

I must say this is one of the most refreshing emails from a Realtor I have ever received.
I just sold my rental house today and am not looking to move, and am looking for a 1031 tax exchange for an apartment, strip mall, or commercial building, fast food. Not vacant land unless there is a compelling reason to buy it. I have $328000 to put down and want to stay at a million or less purchase price. Any ideas?

For several years I have dreamed of retiring to either Montana or Wyoming. Right now, I'm only looking at the possibilities. I've visited many different web sites and looked at hundreds of properties. But, I have never enjoyed visiting any site as much as yours. The pictures and commentaries are wonderful. I don't know how likely it is that I'll eventually invest in property out your way; but I sure enjoy your newsletters. You have about the friendliest writing style I've ever read. People like myself would consider what you do to keep in contact with potential and existing customers to be a lot of work; but you make it seem like fun.
If you wanted to, I think you could author a whole new popular series of books that makes seemingly complex information downright entertaining to digest. But, I know you wouldn't call it "(anything difficult) FOR DUMMIES". You seem to have a delightfully natural respect for people that wouldn't even consider a title like that.

I may have a party that would be interest in your motel. Do you co-broker or
accept referrals. The prospective buyer is from IA and has sold their motel
to close in March. They are seeking a replacement property up to $1M price
