Starting April 7th my TV commercial airs every Monday, Tuesday and Saturday
Mondays at 6:30 am, Tuesday at 9:30 pm and Saturday at 11:00 am EST for a month on the Check with your local cable provider to see if you get the channel in your area.
When you go to their website you can subscribe to their free magazine, which is very useful if you like to get a hunting lease just about anywhere. I advertise in their magazine as well with a full page.
The TV spot is not the infomercial I made where I actually appear on television (that is still to come), it is just a 30-second blurb about my company, but it shows the
117 acres ranch I have for sale in Minnesota and the home overlooking Livingston along with some other cool photos I took. Of course, you can just watch it from my website, it is a .wmv file and if you have a media player installed, it will play it for you.

Regarding new listings, I have an island in a trout stream for sale! It is just 1.5 acres, but then trout streams are not very big. This one is in the West Rosebud that spouts out of the Beartooth Range and runs at top speed into the Stillwater River just a couple of miles to the north of the island. There is a cozy cabin on it that uses an outhouse and pumps water out of a little sidearm of the river for showers. A footbridge across the sidearm connects the island to the rest of the world. The hose of the delivering propane truck for the fireplace is long enough to stretch across and refills the tank. The cabin also has a wood burning stove for ambiance and warmth. The island is thick with cottonwoods, willows and wildlife. The patio features a built in BBQ and at high water you have a bubbling little stream running right by it, which is perfect for little kids. The raging river is at a safe distance and well contained. Somebody put a lot of work in to build a strong stone wall to tame it.

If you like to live close to the Canadian Border near the beautiful city of Regina in the province of Saskatchewan, but still like to stay on the US side, there is the well-kept secret of Plentywood north of the Missouri River. Shops in the area include: An upscale- women's boutique, a sporting goods store, Pamida, a new grocery store, floral shop, Rexall Drug store, two furniture stores, mini department store, 2 - 24- hour convenience stores, two pizza houses, two appliance stores, two hardware stores, Dairy Queen, numerous restaurants and coffee shops, bakery, antique stores, resale shops, full-service gas stations, tire shops, mechanics, John Deere implement, veterinary clinic, hair/nail/tanning salons, office supply store, numerous bars and casinos. Plentywood incorporated in 1912 and is the Sheridan County Seat. The county was named for Gen. Philip H. Sheridan, who was instrumental in the development and protection of the Yellowstone National Park. At any rate, I have an immaculate listing up there with passive solar. Five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 car garage plus carport, oak floors and kitchen on 20 acres for only $ 299,000 - the yard is landscaped and the well pumps a merry 12 GPM!

Mike Olson listed a Triplex in the quaint and growing city of Fergus Falls, Minnesota and he wrote:

Of course four million acres of that land are taken up by State Forests and then there are those 16,000 lakes…. A lake needs to be over 10 acres to qualify as "Lake". Have you ever had the desire to live independently from the world if you had to? It is very easy here in Central and Northern Minnesota to take care of a family with just a few acres. There is plenty of water to grow a garden, to have livestock and to hunt and fish.
