Would you like to live just 10 minutes from the ski area? I just listed a four acres lot at the foot of the ski area for $180,000 - which is a bargain considering there are million dollar homes in the same neighborhood! The acreage is nicely treed, just one block from National Forest for hikes in summer and water is piped right to the lot with a fire pond across the road, no need to drill a well. The mountain views are breathtaking all around with view of the open valley to the East. Specially Mount Maurice has its own way with the clouds and is a living spectacle year round. Such a deal!

My husband just came out of the hospital with a stent in his heart and he has to take a $200 a month medication for a whole year. On the other hand if you are interested in medical ventures, you probably have heard about stem cell treatments and how effectively they are used overseas to treat a host of ailments. Stem cells have the remarkable potential to develop into many different cell types in the body during early life and growth. In addition, in many tissues they serve as a sort of internal repair system, dividing essentially without limit to replenish other cells. When a stem cell divides, each new cell has the potential either to remain a stem cell or become another type of cell with a more specialized function, such as a muscle cell, a red blood cell, or a brain cell. The best things we can do to protect our spines are to do stretching exercises for the spine itself, and exercises that strengthen the muscles that support the spine. The only thing that supports the lower spine are the abdominal muscles between the rib cage and the hips, and this area tends to be seriously neglected as we age. Weak abdominal muscles and excess weight in the abdominal region cause severe stress on the lower spine, and that in turn can result in many other complications.
